Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Please note that the accommodation is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or individuals with mobility challenges.
The property is intended strictly for domestic use only and may not be used for any commercial or business purposes.
Guests are kindly requested to return all keys and remotes in good condition upon check-out. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge of R1000 per set, plus any applicable reprogramming fees.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a R3000 cleaning fee for odour removal, duct and furniture cleaning.
The alarm system must be activated during the evening hours for your safety and security.
The home is equipped with backup power; however, we kindly ask that guests use electricity responsibly and sparingly.
