Alles het goed gegaan.

Ons moes wel 'n R3000 deposito betaal terwyl ons daar was en dan 'n rekening gekry vir R1000 vir 'n lamp wat glo gebreek het waarvan ons nie weet nie, want ons was nie in kennis gestel van die voorafinspeksie nie, so ook 'n handdoek en laken wat gevlek is wat ek verstaan, maar glo R500 om die vlekke uit te haal, wat belaglik is.

Good afternoon Mr and Mrs Bester,

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review, any and all feedback is always appreciated. I have investigated the above and can advise that our operations manager was the last in the apartment training new supervisors so a complete walkthrough and inspection of the apartment was completed and the lamp was not broken/cracked then. During your outgoing inspection the supervisor found the broken/cracked lamp, that is why we had linked it to being an accident on your part. With regards to the stains, removing stains from white linen and not destroying the linen in the process is a lengthy process and it does become quite expensive, we do always hope that if guests mess by accident on the linen they try wipe it up as quickly and as much as possible this makes it easier and quicker to remove the stains and this would then not cost anything, but the minute anything is left on the white linen for a long period of time, it becomes an expensive and long process to get it white again and sometimes we have to write off the linen and have our owners purchase new linen.

I do hope that we will be able to host you again in the future.

The view is to die for.

Would have loved a braai or balcony or fireplace since it was the coldest it has been. Day 1 was frustrating as we had no warm water. The plumbers only fixed it the following morning (I suggest that it must be switched on before guests arrive and test it). The place is extremely cold and either they must install aircons because with those huge windows I can imagine how hot it must be in summer. There is no inventory to check and there's a lot of cutlery (very cheap and no matches ) and the biggest pot can only cook for one person. Thank you to the staff for bringing us blankets and a big pot to cook at least.

Baie lekker, goeie ligging, goeie weer.

Al tekortkoming was warm water. Vrydagaand geen warm water, agent dadelik werk gemaak. Loodgieter element kom opstel. Saterdagaand warm water. Heeldag Sondag uit stad en omgewing, Sondagaand laat teruggekom ─ vrouens wil stort, weereens geen warm water. Daar gelos, want ons het uitgeklok Maandagoggend.

Dit was nou regtigwaar jammer dat die element sou besluit om Sondag aand heeltemal op te pak. Ons hoop om julle eendag weer te sien sodat julle die woonstel teenvolle kan geniet.
