Breakage Deposit

House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide their full names, identification details, details of any children travelling with them, vehicle registration numbers, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially. Failure to provide the required information in time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. Guests accept full responsibility and liability for any minors and visitors accompanying them during their stay.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The deposit amount will be determined according to the standard of the establishment and is applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please note that, in support of sustainable resource usage and guest comfort, electricity consumption is subject to a fair-use policy that allows for reasonable daily usage. In the unlikely event of excessive consumption, guests may be requested to reimburse the additional costs incurred.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
