Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Please bring your own DStv card.
4x4/ high clearance vehicle required to get to the accommodation.
No additional guests are permitted beyond those confirmed in the booking.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 22:00 and 08:00.
Parties, loud music, and any form of disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
Any noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Property Care & Maintenance
Guests are requested to report any damages or maintenance issues to the host as soon as possible.
Any irreparable stains on bedding or towels, or damage to furniture, will be deducted from the breakage deposit to cover replacement costs.
Guests will be held fully responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
General Policies
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be used.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit is required before check-in. The full amount is refundable after a post-check-out inspection, provided no damages are identified.
