Ocean View Villa is a beautiful self-catering holiday home situated in a secure estate in Keurboomstrand. It is a great choice for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal town.
This double-storey villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, and a guest toilet. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, while the other 3 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The first and fifth bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, double washbasins and a toilet. The rest of the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher is available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV, and a fireplace. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a balcony with an outdoor dining area and a sparkling swimming pool and sunloungers. Secure on-site parking is available. Keurboomstrand Beach is approximately 260 m away, with local amenities such as shops and restaurants being within close proximity.
