Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that construction work is currently taking place opposite the building and further south along the coastal road due to the new promenade being built. This does not affect the beautiful sea views.
A breakage deposit is payable on arrival by credit card. It will be refunded within 3 days after the departure date, provided the unit and its inventory are left in good condition. Any damage or losses will be deducted from the deposit before the balance is refunded.
