Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The maximum number of guests is based on the confirmed booking. A Guest Facilitator may occasionally conduct checks to ensure compliance. Thank you for respecting the stated occupancy limits.
Guests are kindly requested to keep the property tidy during their stay. This includes washing dishes, taking out the rubbish, and hanging wet towels and clothing to dry. Bath towels must not be taken to the beach. On departure, all rubbish should be placed in the designated area outside for municipal collection.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests may smoke outside where ashtrays are provided, and cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly. Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted by the owner.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests are asked to be considerate of neighbours, many of whom are permanent residents, to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Guests are requested to treat the property with care. Any damages or breakages should be reported promptly to the Guest Facilitator. A security deposit may be used to cover replacement or repair costs if necessary.
The owner and Guest Facilitator are not responsible for travel disruptions, weather conditions, road closures, flight cancellations, or personal emergencies that may affect travel plans. All reservations remain subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Reservation dates cannot be changed within 14 days of arrival. Guests may cancel in line with the policy and rebook new dates, subject to availability.
