Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
No guests under 25 years are permitted without parental or adult supervision.
Staff Levy:
There is a full-time housekeeper at the house.
A compulsory daily staff levy of R100.00 per day applies, which includes the day of arrival and the day of departure.

Ice
Beach towels
Beach equipment
Toiletries, including hand soap
Firelighter
Charcoal
Adaptors
Torches
All items of a personal nature
No pets are permitted at any of the houses.
Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed.
All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying.
Absolutely no noise is permitted between 22:00 and 06:00.
Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited.
Continued non-compliance may result in guests being required to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
