The downstairs bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and toilet. This bedroom includes underfloor heating, a dedicated desk area and doors opening onto a garden patio shaded by milkwood trees. The upstairs main bedroom offers a king-size bed, high ceilings and natural light, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, bidet and basin, as well as underfloor heating. A private balcony with mountain views extends from the main bedroom. An additional guest bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet is located off the dining area.
The open-plan living area includes a breakfast bar with seating, a dining table for 6 guests and a built-in indoor braai. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The adjoining living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a Smart TV with Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating is provided in the living areas.
The property features a private garden. A mobile braai is available for outdoor use. Secure garage parking is available for 1 vehicle, with additional parking space on the driveway.
