Definitely recommend & would return with no hesitation. Perfectly well-equipped rental & close to the main beach. We loved it & it was very comfortable. A few minor items were pointed out to the letting agency representative. The burglar alarm system could not be enabled by the supplied remote & the outside light required replacing. That said, we never felt exposed really. We would definitely return & recommend.

Comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful apartment. Close to the beach with direct access to the beach lane pathway.

Average stay - host slightly accommodating. No wifi for full stay, DStv only worked the first night, mold in bathroom and room by aircon. Blanket in cupboard stank.

Great location and fully enclosed to keep adventurous doggies safe. Good value for money with a nice bedroom (extremely comfortable bed!) and lovely bathroom. The courtyard is small and pretty basic, but it's fully enclosed and kept our dog perfectly safe. The courtyard shares a wooden pole fence with Phoenix 1, so if your neighbours also have dogs they can see each other through the fence. The beach is 2 mins walk away and it's the quiet end of the beach away from the restaurants, so excellent for walking your dog without anyone else around. The floor could have been a bit cleaner, it was very sandy when we arrived, but overall it was a great stay.
