Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors during their stay. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
To ensure a sustainable and comfortable guest experience, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 will apply.
