House Rules
Compliance with these rules is required as part of the rental agreement. Guests are responsible for the actions of any visitors and must follow guidance from the property management to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone in the estate.
Pet Policy & Guidelines:
Well-behaved, sterilized dogs are welcome subject to strict prior approval before arrival.
A large, grassed garden with snake protection is provided.
Owners are asked to protect indoor flooring and carpets as needed.
To ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors, dogs must not be left unattended if they are prone to nuisance barking or destructive behavior.
Local pet day-care options can be recommended upon request.
Peace & Quiet: The estate values tranquility. Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum to show consideration to neighbors, particularly from the evening through to the early morning.
Visitors & Gatherings: Visitors are welcome during the day up to the estate's designated capacity limit. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Any overnight visitors must be arranged and approved in advance during the booking process.
Parking: Shaded carport parking, driveway parking, and parking under the camel thorn tree are available. Please park considerately.
Property Care & Utilities:
Please switch off lights, fans, and air conditioning whenever leaving the house.
Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when absent to protect against the elements.
Use proper ventilation while cooking to avoid triggering the smoke alarms.
Waste Management: Dispose of refuse and recycling in the designated indoor and outdoor trash cans.
Smoking: Smoking is restricted to the garden area only; the interior of the house is a smoke-free zone.
Damages & Security: Please report any accidental damages, breakages, or lost keys/remotes to the property manager as soon as possible so replacements or repairs can be coordinated.
