Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Only park your vehicle in parking bay 32.
No smoking is permitted.
No pets are allowed.
No additional cleaning services are provided for bookings of less than 5 nights. Basic cleaning does not include ironing or laundry.
Please remain respectful at all times.
No events, parties, or loud noise are allowed. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking and request that you leave if these rules are not followed.
The breakage and key deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided there are no breakages, damages, complaints of excessive noise, or more than 6 guests occupying the premises.
No day visitors are allowed to use the pool.
No pool towels are provided; only bath and hand towels are available.
Linen and towels will be changed for bookings longer than 5 days.
Bins, basic hand-washing detergents, and toilet paper are provided for guests.
