Cape Town, and South Africa in general, is at risk of severe drought. Guests are kindly requested to use water cautiously and conservatively.
For stays longer than one week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is provided. Additional cleaning or laundry services can be arranged upon request at an extra cost, if required.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
