Amazing, will be back! What a gem! So glad we decided to stay here, we did 2 nights here on our way back to JHB. The host was very accommodating and even helped us ladies out with a bottle of wine! We loved the working farm vibe, and resident doggy visits. We got to feed the rescued Kudu too! The evening stars are out of this world! Thank you for a lovely stay! (Upstairs is very hot, and could do with an aircon for extra comfort, but fans were provided).

Hoogs aanbeveel! Vriendelike verwelkoming gehad met 'n tuisgebakte brood! Die huis was ten volle toegerus met alles wat mens sou verwag van 'n selfsorg eenheid. Ons het 'n fantastiese naweek gehad met swem, visvang, wild kyk en 'n gesellige famile reünie.

Outstanding hospitality in a very charming lodge in the valley of the Bamboes mountain ranges. What an absolutely amazing host! The host went out of her way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. To top things off, my family of six were treated with a fresh baked French bread and venison sausage on arrival. The charming lodge has free WiFi, Netflix, hot water, off-the-grid electricity, stylish furniture and elegant African decor. The tranquil surroundings, chirping birds and spectacular night sky added to the allure of the accommodation. What a place… We highly recommend the lodge and available activities. Bring the whole family and stay as long as you want. We are definitely returning to this sought-out gem at the foot of the Bamboes Mountain range!
