RiverRest is a spacious double-storey home situated in Colchester, Eastern Cape, on the sandy banks of the Sundays River, with Addo Elephant Park just a few minutes away and other amenities for a convenient yet peaceful stay.
The holiday home comprises 4 bedrooms; 3 bedrooms are located downstairs. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and the second and third bedrooms form a family suite with an interleading door furnished with a queen-size bed, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, and the other room is furnished with 2 single beds. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located upstairs. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and the fifth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. Both rooms offer an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. There are 2 separate guest toilets for convenience.
The downstairs open-plan living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, utensils, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and a breakfast island that flows to the dining area, offering a 10-seater dining table with an indoor braai. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV with streaming options, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The adjacent seating area offers a comfortable couch and chairs, leading out onto the terrace offering beautiful river views, outdoor furniture, a garden, and braai facilities. The second kitchen upstairs is equipped with a stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast counter.
