House Rules
The swimming pool is available to guests throughout the year; however, it is not heated. Please note that the property also features a hot tub, which is available for guest use.
Guests may make use of the outdoor “Green Egg” braai only.
Guests will have access to the entire space described in this listing. Please note that additional areas, including the bar and flatlet, will remain locked and will not be accessible to guests.
Children are welcome at the property; however, they are required to be supervised at all times.
The swimming pool is not fitted with a safety net.
The hot tub and outdoor fire pit present potential burn and slip hazards.
Children may not be left unattended in any outdoor area. Constant adult supervision is required around the swimming pool, hot tub, and fire pit.
This home maintains a strict no-party and no-event policy.
Only registered guests, with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests, are permitted on the property. No additional visitors are allowed without prior approval.
Noise levels are required to be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Any violation of these rules, including loud music, gatherings, or neighbour complaints, may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, as well as additional charges for damages or extra cleaning if applicable.
Guests are required to complete a Guest Verification process prior to check-in.
