House Rules
The swimming pool is available to guests throughout the year, but it is not heated and is not fitted with a safety net. A hot tub and an outdoor fire pit are available on the premises. Children are welcome but constant adult supervision is required at all times in all outdoor areas, particularly around the swimming pool, hot tub, and fire pit.
An outdoor Green Egg braai is provided for guest use. Access is granted to the entire space described in the listing, excluding the bar and flatlet which remain locked.
A strict no-party and no-event policy is maintained on the premises, and noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level at all times. A maximum occupancy of 6 registered guests is permitted, and additional visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. A guest verification process must be completed prior to check-in.
