House Rules

To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay, guests are kindly requested to observe the following house rules.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. No additional guests or visitors are permitted without prior approval.

No parties, events, or excessive noise are allowed. Please respect other residents and observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

No pets are permitted unless agreed to in writing before arrival.

Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, and furnishings with care. Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the swimming pool and communal areas.

Guests use the swimming pool, braai facilities, and communal areas at their own risk.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon departure, with dishes washed and rubbish disposed of in the designated bins.

Keys, gate remotes, and access devices must be returned as instructed at check-out.

Guests are required to comply with the Driftsands Body Corporate rules and all applicable South African laws during their stay.
