No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are permitted inside the home. Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay on the property, and no additional visitors are allowed. Guests are kindly requested to refrain from loud music or noise, and parking on the lawn is not permitted. Up to two small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, and additional pet fees apply. Dogs must be on tick or flea treatment, are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture, and guests are required to clean up after their pets.
