Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

This property is not suitable for groups and does not allow noise or parties.

The premises are let for holiday purposes only; no gatherings allowed.

The number of guests for this flat is a maximum of 8, including children.

No visitors are allowed.

A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed. One vehicle in the garage and one in the visitors' parking (first-come, first-served).

Quiet time shall be especially observed between 21:00 and 07:00 daily.

No firearms, pellet guns or fireworks may be discharged on the property.

No loud music may be played as this is a residential-area. This includes the vehicle's sound system for entertainment.

No noise will be tolerated

Exceeding the number of allowed tenants in the unit is not allowed and will result in retention of 100% of your payment and eviction from the unit without refund.

Please leave the unit in the condition you found it. Units left in an excessively dirty state or with unwashed dishes will forfeit a percentage of their breakage deposit.

Please close all the windows, arm the alarm system (where applicable) and lock the doors when leaving the property, or you will forfeit your breakage deposit and be held liable for any damages or losses
No furniture is allowed to be moved around in the house.

No smoking is permitted in the apartment.

A daily cleaning service is available at an extra cost.

House rules and complex rules are displayed in the property for all guests to take note of. Failure to comply with the rules can lead to eviction from the complex with no refunds.
