Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2 000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit is required prior to arrival.

FICA documentation must be submitted before arrival and must include proof of address, a copy of the guest's ID, and bank-stamped banking details for the refund of the breakage deposit.

Guests are required to complete the pre-registration process via the facial recognition link sent by email before arrival.

A valid driver's licence and vehicle licence disc must be presented upon arrival.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

The maximum occupancy of the villa may not be exceeded.

Guests are requested to keep all doors and windows closed to prevent monkeys from entering the villa.

Trailers, motorbikes, and motorised boats must be parked in the designated parking areas.

Pets are not permitted on the estate.

Late departures after 10:00 may result in a deduction from the refundable breakage deposit.

Guests are required to inspect the villa inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately. The cost of any damaged or missing items may be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.

Daily servicing is available for selected villas between 08:00 and 14:00, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Standard villas are serviced every fifth day.

Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
