Sand en See 1 is a lovely self-catering home located in Swakopmund, ideally suited for a family or group of friends. The unit is approximately 2 metres from the town centre and only 100 m from the sea. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the popular Crystal Gallery.

The house can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the third has a king-size bed. They share a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, air fryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. There is also a washing machine for guests’ convenience. The lounge is furnished with comfy seating and a smart TV with access to full DStv. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

Guests have access to a gas braai and can enjoy secure parking on the premises, making it a practical and relaxed base for a coastal holiday.
