Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security purposes, guests are required to provide the full names and identification details of all guests, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration numbers, and an estimated arrival time prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially. Failure to provide the required information before arrival may result in a delayed or denied check-in.
This is a non-smoking property. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. The primary guest accepts full responsibility for all accompanying guests, visitors, and minors during their stay.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including a change of linen, is provided. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged with at least 24 hours' notice and are available at an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The deposit amount varies depending on the property and may be amended at the owner's or management's discretion.
Please note that electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, which allows for a reasonable daily allocation. Should consumption exceed this allocation, guests may be charged for the additional usage.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies to arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is payable in cash directly to the Property Manager upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a late check-in fee of R350.00 applies.
