Dear Julian. I apologise for your stay being uncomfortable. As explained to you when you checked in I reside on the premises and would have brought you a fan if it was too hot or arranged for the underfloor heating to be switched on if it was too cold if only I had known. It is difficult for me to judge either way as I do not reside in the unit.

I was not aware that the towel rail was broken, and here again, if you had informed me after you had checked in I could have had it repaired. I am holding the R1 000 breakage deposit (not for the towel rail which I personally repaired after your departure) but pending the return of the laundry as there were red stains found on the bedding. I am hoping they will come out in the wash. Please supply me with your banking details. I will refund your breakage deposit to you with pleasure once we can check on the laundry when it is returned to us.

Very relaxing.

The flat was a little bit further from the beach than I expected but in a very nice situation. The walking did us good.

Julle kan gerus die televisie verander, glad nie lekker TV gekyk nie. Dit is al wat negatief was maar dit het 'n groot impak.

Really nice place to relax.

Merele was really friendly and helpful, the place is quiet and clean, everything you need on the premises, walking distance to a beautiful quiet beach! The kids also really enjoyed a lot!
