Seaside Serenity is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment with unspoiled ocean views and is situated in a secure building situated right on the beach in Milnerton, Cape Town. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this vibrant city.
This ground-floor unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet, and the second bathroom features a shower, basin and toilet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are provided for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Glass doors in the living area open up to the outdoors, creating an indoor-outdoor living experience, and on the premises there are 3 communal swimming pools and secure parking. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with the beach being easily accessible. The Cape Town International Airport is approximately 20 km away.
