Vehicles may not be parked in the road.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking is only permitted outside.
No smoking inside the house.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly.

Respect for Property
Locked cupboards are private.
Keys must remain in designated doors.
Books, games, and items provided must be returned after use.
Furniture may not be moved.
Windows & Wind Safety
Shelley Point is known for strong winds.
Windows must be closed when leaving the property.
Back door must remain closed at all times.
Kitchen Use
Dishwasher is not suitable for plastics or wooden items.
Guests are welcome to use kitchen spices.
Crockery and glassware may not be taken to the beach.
Kitchen must be left reasonably clean after use.
Braai & Fire Safety
Braai is permitted where applicable.
Ash must be disposed of only in the designated container once fully cooled.
Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving or sleeping.
🛁 Bathrooms & Linen
Do not flush wipes or foreign items.
Bath towels are not for beach use.
Beach/swimming towels must be used for outdoor use.
Beach & Sand Care
Sand must be rinsed off before entering the house.
Outdoor items may be used at the beach but must be returned clean.
Pool Access
Pool access is via the clubhouse.
Pool tag must be kept safe.
Replacement fees apply for lost tags.
Cleaning
A once-off cleaning fee applies.
Guests are requested to leave the home neat and tidy.
Additional cleaning may be charged if required due to excessive mess.
Utilities & Load Shedding
Water and electricity must be used responsibly.
During outages, backup power must be used sparingly.
High-load appliances should not be used on backup power.
Security
Doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property.
Candles are not permitted indoors.
Guests stay at their own risk and are responsible for personal belongings.
Departure Requirements
All keys must be returned to the lockbox.
Doors, windows, lights, and appliances must be switched off before departure.
Damage & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Breakages must be reported immediately.
Loss or damage may be charged accordingly.
