There is a refundable breakage deposit due on arrival, and this is stated on the quote sent by the establishment.
Please note that, unfortunately, the keys are not handed over without payment of the breakage deposit.
No smoking is allowed inside. Smoking is allowed outside, but keep cigarette butts off the grass and out of the barbecue. Smoke detectors are installed inside.
Deactivation of smoke detectors will result in loss of the entire security deposit.
Pets are not allowed.
