House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following house rules must be adhered to:
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
The studio and its contents must be treated with care, and guests will be held liable for any damage or loss incurred during their stay. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight; unregistered visitors are only allowed on the property with prior approval. To respect neighbouring properties, quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 07:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studios and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. For security purposes, guests must ensure that all doors, windows, and access points are securely locked when leaving the premises. Access codes must not be shared with third parties. Secure parking is available on-site, though vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
Braai facilities are available for guest use. Guests are required to clean the area after use and ensure that all fires are properly extinguished.
Pets are not permitted on the property. Serene Studio accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings.
