No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in rooms or public areas. Please use the designated ashtrays outside, do not litter cigarette butts.
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00.
No parties, loud music, or disruptive behaviour, unless arranged in advance as part of an event booking.
Please show respect toward fellow guests, staff, and the property at all times.
Excessive alcohol consumption, illegal substances, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
Keep doors and windows closed when leaving the room to prevent accidental rain or wind damage, as well as mischievous monkeys that sometimes visit
No candles, incense, mosquito coils, or open flames inside the accommodation.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the premises.
Report any damage immediately; guests are responsible for breakages caused by negligence.
Guests use all facilities (including outdoor areas and the swimming pool) at their own risk.
