Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In accordance with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. Guest verification is mandatory to confirm a booking.
Pets are not allowed.
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
Guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
A booking fee of R100 is charged per reservation.
A departure cleaning fee applies per booking.
This property requires a refundable breakage deposit of R5000. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.
Bookings of eight nights or longer include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
Please note that, to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing a reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
