In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered before arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in, with the amount determined at the discretion of the owner or management.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy to ensure responsible consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, an additional charge may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 21:00 and is payable in cash directly to the host upon arrival. For arrivals after midnight, an additional fee will apply.
