Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
All outstanding fees are payable before the unit is occupied.
Parties and overloading are not allowed. No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day. No music is permitted from 22:00 to 09:00 daily. Adult-only bookings are not allowed.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
The flat is let strictly according to the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit, including children, at any time of day may not exceed the number booked for.
No more than 6 people will be allowed at the property, this is inclusive of the amount of guests that booked.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
The tenant accepts responsibility for all actions of persons within their party, who all agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the property owner, managing agent, and body corporate.
The premises must be vacated no later than 09h00 on the day of departure and may only be occupied from 14h00 on the day of arrival, except by special arrangement. On public holidays and Sundays, early arrival and late departure may be permitted, provided that special arrangements are made with the managing agent.
Guests are asked to leave the flat clean upon departure. Daily cleaning services are optional for an additional fee and are not available on Sundays and public holidays. Should you require clean linen or services, please contact the managing agent.
Keys must be returned to the managing agent. All windows must be closed and outside doors locked. An after-hours key deposit box is available at the managing agent’s office.
Lodgement of the deposit and/or taking up of the reserved accommodation is construed as acceptance of these conditions of lease.
