SHES Self-catering Units are located on a residential property with a private entrance in the suburb of Cassandra, Kimberley. Situated in a natural area, these comfortable units provide an ideal base for couples, small families, business travellers, or contractors.
The establishment offers three distinct units. Unit 1 features an open-plan lounge and kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Units 2 and 3 are open-plan bachelor-style units that accommodate up to 3 guests each, furnished with a double bed and a single sleeper couch. All units include a television with OpenView channels and complimentary WiFi. The kitchenettes are equipped with basic essentials, including a fridge, microwave, two-plate stove, and all necessary crockery. Fresh linen and towels are provided for guest convenience.
On-site facilities include a swimming pool, braai facilities, and secure undercover parking. Please note that the parking carport has a height restriction of 2.2 m and is not suitable for larger vehicles. To ensure a reliable water supply, the property is equipped with a JoJo tank and utilizes fresh, clean borehole water.
The property is conveniently located for those needing to access the N12 highway without navigating heavy city traffic. It is situated within a 10 km radius of several key landmarks, including the Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe Hospital (2.6 km), Diamandveld High School (3.5 km), and two local shopping centres (3.5 km). The Big Hole and the nearest private hospital are both located approximately 5.5 km from the units.
