A valid South African ID and proof of residence must be provided upon booking.

Guests are required to pay a conservation fee of R 328.00 per person on behalf of the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve.
Guests are required to arrange if they arrive after check-in.
No children under the age of 12 can be accommodated.
