In order to arrange your access to Simbithi Eco-Estate, please send the following information to stay@holidayescapes.net or WhatsApp to 072 537 8218:
A copy of each of the guests' IDs
The make and registration numbers for all vehicles entering the premises
A completed Simbithi Eco-Estate guest processing form
Proof of payment of the refundable security deposit, which is payable before check-in and will be reimbursed within 5 working days after departure, subject to a property inspection and clearance of any body corporate fines. Unfortunately, this deposit is mandatory to make provision for Body Corporate fines as a result of noise disturbances. It acts as insurance to cover any costs attached to the owner's levy account as a result of fines attributed to guest behaviour, so payment of the Security Deposit is a compulsory requirement.
