Guest Registration:
No third parties bookings allowed unless prior arrangement. Only the booker will be able to check in.
Check-In Policy:
This building does allow for self check-in.
Noise & Conduct:
Our apartments are located in residential area with permanent residents. Please respect the community and building rules:
No loud noise after 20:00, and complete quiet is expected after 22:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building. Violation may result in a fine of up to ZAR 1,000 and possible immediate eviction.
A maximum of two people, including visitors, are allowed in the apartment at any time.
No overnight guests are permitted unless they are listed on the original booking.
Cleaning Services:
Complimentary cleaning is only included for stays longer than 7 nights.
Electricity Usage (Long Stays):
For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity is included up to ZAR 500 per month. Any usage beyond this limit will be billed to the guest.
