House Rules

No parties or events are permitted.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests are required to inform the host in advance should they wish to have a visitor. A day visitor charge applies.

Guests must ensure that the number of guests reflected on the booking is correct. Please note that an additional charge applies for a second guest.

Noise levels must be kept at a neighbour-friendly volume after 22:00. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, including the patio, garden, and balcony. Ashtrays must be used at all times to dispose of cigarette butts.

Alcohol is permitted on the premises; however, excessive consumption and disorderly or drunken behaviour are not allowed.

Glass items, or any items that may break, are not permitted in or around the pool area.

Guests wishing to use the pool must notify the host in advance to allow time for the pool net to be removed. If children are present on the property, the pool net must be replaced after use.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen and may not use any appliances, including the dishwasher or washing machine. Staff-only and private areas are strictly off-limits.

The area at the back of the property is private and not accessible to guests.
