Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration details, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information is treated as confidential, and failure to submit it timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors during their stay. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean is provided, including fresh linen. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount varies depending on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To support a sustainable and comfortable guest experience, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy that allows for reasonable daily consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is charged at R250.00, payable in cash to the property host on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 applies.
