Description
Skilpad offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 5-bedroom home, situated in the gated estate of Breedezicht in Witsand. The house has a rustic charm, and offers panoramic views of the Breede River from almost every room.
There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and another bedroom with a single bed and a queen-size bed. There is also an additional single bed. Both bath and shower facilities are available.
The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen with a separate scullery with a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, and a microwave. The ground floor also comprises an open-plan lounge with a fireplace, a dining area and gas braai facilities, as well as a guest bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which is the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The top floor comprises 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and the second main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The top floor also comprises a large bar area with a fireplace, as well as a north-facing open deck area for tanning, or an ideal spot to sit and watch the kids playing in the nearby park.
There is a TV with Openview channels, as well as a double garage which is available for guests staying longer than 3 nights. Guests are required to bring their own beach and bath towels.
