Description
Skoenlapper Holiday House is a lovely waterfront holiday home located on the canal of Port Owen, Velddrif. The house has a private jetty and enjoys easy access to the waterways of the marina and the Berg River.
This double-story house comprises 5 bedrooms, accommodating a total of 12 guests, ideally 8 adults and 4 children. There are four bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, while the fifth bedroom has two bunk beds to accommodate children. Three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom fitted with either a bath or a shower and a toilet. The two shared bathrooms are fitted with showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge-freezers, a gas stove with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The dining table has ample seating. A separate living/games area features a TV and a comfy seating area. There are two built-in braai areas to enjoy during summer and winter. The house opens up onto a deck area with lovely views over the marina.
This house is located behind a fence with ample parking and is not affected by load shedding
Guests can enjoy boat cruises on the river, birdwatching, rowing along the canals, swimming at nearby beaches, and yacht cruises in the area.
