Description
This unit accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, each offering sea views, as well as a balcony overlooking the ocean. The bedrooms are furnished with 1 double bed and 4 single beds. Guests make use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A centrally located dining table with chairs forms part of the open-plan layout, which flows into the lounge furnished with comfortable seating. A washing machine is also available for guests’ convenience.
The unit is non-smoking and not pet-friendly. Additional features include a TV with DStv Premium and Wi-Fi. Please note that access to the unit is via stairs.

House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit is required and will be returned after a successful inventory check. No loud music is allowed after 23:00, as the property is in a residential area. Guests must bring their own bath and beach towels.
Skulpies is the fourth property on the right.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not allowed unless arranged prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for their laundry and any items left outside. Please rinse off sea sand at the outdoor tap before entering the unit.
Guests are liable for any loss or damage to the flat or its contents. Load shedding and municipal water interruptions are beyond the host’s control.
