House Rules
Children and infants are welcome. Pets are not allowed, smoking is strictly prohibited, and parties are not permitted. For check-ins after 17:00, self-check-in arrangements will need to be made.
All units are situated in residential buildings with permanent residents, so guests are expected to respect the community and building rules. No loud noise is allowed after 20:00, and complete quiet is expected after 23:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building. Violations may result in fines and may require guests to vacate the property.
We may request a copy of all guests’ ID or passport documents for registration purposes. No visitors are allowed at any time, and overnight stays are not permitted for individuals not included on the original booking. Guests are required to sign a document at check-in acknowledging and agreeing to these house rules.
A maximum of 2 guests, including infants and children, is allowed in the apartment at any time.
