No smoking inside the house (outdoor smoking only).
No loud music or parties (estate rules strictly enforced).
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Please ensure all doors are locked when leaving the house.
Children must be supervised at all times when near the pool.
Respect the estate's quiet hours between 22:00 and 09:00.
Please ensure all used dishes are washed before check-out.
Kindly clean the grills after use and ensure all fires are completely extinguished.
Streaming services are provided. Please do not adjust or log out of any account settings.
No glass is permitted in or near the pool area.
Please be mindful of water restrictions, if applicable.
Please consume alcohol responsibly.
Outdoor bins are located along the side of the house.
Guests must adhere to all Steenberg Golf Estate guest rules. Walking on the golf course is only permitted on designated pathways. No unauthorised use of golf carts. Please note that golfing fees are not included and are payable directly to the course.
Parking is available for 2 to 3 vehicles. Do not block neighbouring driveways or any golf estate roadways.
