House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. The apartment is accessed via a self-check-in lockbox for guest convenience.
The unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties, events, and commercial photography are not allowed.
The unit is not available for large parties or matriculation events at the end of November, as it is located in a peaceful environment. Swimming is not permitted after 22:00. Guests stay at their own risk, and the owners are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage during the stay. Use of the pool, stairs, and other facilities is at the guest’s own discretion.
Before departure, guests are requested to gather used towels, dispose of all trash, turn off lights, appliances, and air conditioning, return the keys, and ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked.
