Please note that the owner lives on the property. She has her own private cottage at the top of the property.
Dogs are only permitted on request, as there are 2 resident cats and 2 dogs
Please share your arrival time in advance.

No additional guests unless arranged beforehand.
A couple of friends may join for sundowners by prior arrangement (breakfast available at an extra cost).
No loud music or parties.
No self-catering or braaiing unless pre-arranged.
Excessive firewood use will be charged.
All requests and changes to occupancy must be approved in advance.
Pre-arranged gatherings are subject to a venue hire fee.
