The swimming pool is shared between both units on the property.
Pets and other animals reside on the property.
For stays longer than three nights, bed linen will be refreshed after the third night. Room servicing takes place every second day from 10:00. For special or discounted bookings, room servicing is provided after the third night. Guests who do not require servicing are welcome to notify the host.
Towels are refreshed every second day. Additional towels are available on request.
Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and is subject to availability.
Smoking and open fires are not permitted inside the units. The boma serves as the designated smoking area. Guests are requested to use the ashtray provided and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Wi-Fi is available. Due to the property's remote location, connection speeds may be limited.
Guests are kindly requested to use water and electricity responsibly.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Visitors and over-occupancy are not allowed.
Alcohol may only be consumed within the guest's designated area. Inappropriate behaviour or conduct that disturbs other guests may result in eviction from the property.
Fires may not be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before retiring for the evening or leaving the cabin. The boma may not be moved from its designated position.
Guests are welcome to enjoy walks around the farm, but are requested to respect the privacy of occupied areas. Littering is not permitted.
The cabin operates on a solar power system with generator backup when required. Power availability may be affected by weather conditions and usage patterns.
The stove and geyser operate on gas. Should guests experience any issues with the gas supply, hot water, water pressure, or electricity, the host should be notified as soon as possible.
An inventory inspection will be conducted after departure. Guests may be held liable for any loss of or damage to the property and its contents.
The unit is equipped with a gas geyser. To ensure a consistent hot water supply, please open the hot water tap fully and allow a few seconds for the geyser to ignite. Once the water has warmed up, adjust the temperature by gradually adding cold water until the desired temperature is reached.
Gas geysers require sufficient water flow to remain activated. Reducing the hot water flow too much may cause the burner to switch off and the water to become cold. To maintain a steady temperature, keep the hot water flowing and make minor adjustments using the cold water tap. Should the water become cold, increase the hot water flow and allow a few moments for the geyser to reignite.
