Only registered guests are allowed on the property; visitors not included in the booking are not permitted.
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID, passport, or driver’s license upon arrival for check-in.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
