Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration numbers, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information is treated as confidential; failure to provide it timeously may result in delayed or refused check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors accompanying them. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided, including fresh linen. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit are payable prior to check-in. The amount is dependent on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To encourage responsible and sustainable usage, electricity consumption is subject to a fair use policy allowing for reasonable daily usage. In instances of unusually high consumption, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
