No vehicles may be parked in front of the garages or in the driveway
No washing of cars is allowed on the common property
No disturbance or noise to be made between:
- 22h00 and 06h00 on working days
- afternoons between 13h00 and 16h30
- 22h00 and 08h00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
- No loud music at any time, always respect neighbours' peace and quiet.
Failure to follow these rules might result in a fine.
