Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3300 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to sandy roads leading to the estate.

The swimming pools at the estate do not have safety features. Use of the swimming pools and all associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk.

Should the property be booked by a group of young guests, please note that no guests under the age of 25 are permitted without parental or adult supervision.

Guests are required to bring their own toilet paper, beach towels, drinking water, food and drinks, charcoal or briquettes, fire starters, adaptors, mosquito repellent (Peaceful Sleep is recommended), items of a personal nature, and a first aid kit.

The unit is serviced daily. A compulsory staff gratuity of R100.00 per day is payable for the housekeeper and Joao, who is responsible for maintenance, pool upkeep, and cleaning the braai facilities daily. This fee includes both arrival and departure days. Guests are requested to ensure they have sufficient cash available to settle this on departure.

A refundable breakage deposit of R3 300.00 is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, subject to any damages, losses, or breakages.

Late check-out is available on request only and is subject to availability due to incoming bookings. If approved, an additional fee of R1 500.00 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit. Check-out must be completed no later than 15:00 PM.

Pets are not permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Guests are required to comply with all estate rules during their stay. No noise is permitted between 22:00 PM and 06:00 AM. Failure to comply may result in a warning, forfeiture of the breakage deposit, or removal from the property without refund for unused nights.
