House Rules
A maximum of 6 people are allowed at a time in the apartment (sleeping over).
Please note that the apartment is not suited to a party environment. Guests are encouraged to limit alcohol consumption and keep noise levels low.
Pets are not permitted.
Please park in the allocated bay provided.
Noise levels, including games, music, and loud activity, must be kept to a minimum before 09h00 and after 22h00 in order to respect neighbours and comply with complex rules.
Blinds are to be operated carefully.
No towels or clothing items may be hung on the window rails facing the sea.
Communal braai area to be left tidy after use.
Guests are required to wear appropriate clothing in all communal areas within the complex at all times; no costumes are permitted.
All your personal possessions are kept on the premises at your own risk.
Breakages are to be noted for replacement purposes.
All facilities are used at your own risk. The owner or body corporate does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages visitors may suffer at this holiday apartment.
Use of drugs or drunkenness in the apartment will result in immediate eviction.
Smoking is prohibited in lifts, passages, and all other public areas, and is only permitted in the designated public braai area.
All windows are to be closed upon check-out.
Mid-stay linen and towel changes, as well as general cleaning, are available on request at an additional cost.
Full refuse bags must be placed in the designated garbage area on the ground floor and may not be left in passages.
Complex trolleys used for luggage or groceries must be returned to their designated areas after use.
